Hi Everyone.
Its looks like the final decision has been taken for us. I am waiting for confirmation from the Couriers that they are no longer able to deliver our oranges to you.
We have been looking for an alternative partner for home deliveries for a few months now and unfortunately nothing has turned up that would see a box delivered for less than $70. We dont think that the sales would be sustainable at that price. The fruit would sit for too long and you woudnt get the freshest and the best of our fruit.
We investigated drop off/pickup points in metro cities but unfortunately they presented more logistical issues than the deliveries used to making them unviable.
We will be supplying the wholesale agents this week with Redbelly blood oranges and we will be heavily promoting them and the fruit shops that they serve.
We are also looking for fruit shops in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra who are keen to engage with us in some way to facilitate the purchase of full boxes as easy as possible for customers. Its likely they wont be sold here through the website. But we may play a role in coordinating these orders. If you are a fruit shop that is keen to serve our very loyal and dedicated customer base please get in touch with us.

Delivery Information
Now Delivering to Over 6000 Postcodes in Eastern Australia
Important Delivery Information:
- Extended Lead Time: Please note that deliveries are no longer overnight. To ensure timely delivery, kindly place your order at least 3 days ahead of your desired delivery date.
- Delivery Address Requirements: Our couriers are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or Australia Post Lockers. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
- Delivery Process: Our couriers will not deliver to back doors and will typically leave your order outside your doorstep. You will receive a text message on the night before the scheduled delivery.
- Including Special Instructions: Any special delivery instructions should be included with your order during the checkout process. Please note that providing delivery instructions through other channels or at a later time may be challenging to update with the courier.
- Communication with Drivers: Our drivers may be reluctant to call customers, even if requested. However, upon delivery, you will receive an SMS notification with a link to a photo of the delivered product at your doorstep.
- Delivery Frequency: Metro areas receive deliveries 6 days a week, while regional areas receive at least 1 or 2 deliveries per week.
- Order Cut-Off Days for Queensland and NSW: Orders for Queensland and NSW are picked off our pallets on Tuesdays and Thursdays for subsequent deliveries. Please note that orders placed on Thursday or later may have longer waiting times.
- Order Cut-Off Days for Victoria: Orders for Victoria are picked Monday to Friday, resulting in shorter delivery times compared to other regions.
