Ingredients
- 400ml dry riesling
- 200ml blood orange juice
- 100ml peach liqueur
- 60ml lemon juice
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 blood orange (round slices)
- 400ml prosecco
- 8 mint leaves
Sugar Syrup
- 60ml sugar syrup
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a large jug with ice and mix.
- Then top with prosecco.
- Garnish with round slices of fresh blood orange, raspberries and mint leaves
