Ingredients
- 40ml gin
- 40ml campari
- 40ml red vermouth
- 40ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 2 small rosemary sprigs
- 2 blood orange slices
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add all the ingredients to the mixing glass.
- Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Add ice cubes or an ice sphere into another glass.
- Strain over the ice.
- Serve with a fresh slice of blood orange and rosemary sprig.
